Luis Díaz's onside goal wrongly ruled out

What happened

Luis Díaz was flagged offside even though he was clearly onside. VAR Darren England, believing the on-field decision had been goal, told the referee the check was complete, so the wrong decision stood. PGMOL called it a "significant human error". Spurs won with a stoppage-time own goal against a nine-man Liverpool.
